I was born into a family plagued with chronic health problems and mental illness. From birth the odds were against me. My parents did not want me in hospitals my entire life and on endless medications.

They knew the struggle of a life controlled by anxiety, panic attacks, excessive worry, and physical ailments. They experienced the frustration of using standard prescriptions, hoping that each new effort will bring relief…with no results.

At 7 years old, they got me into Qigong so I could avoid living in a fragile and weak state of health. Since then, I’ve spent more than 3 decades studying ancient forms of Qigong and meditation under a variety of different masters across the world.

Over time, I partnered with professional education experts, fascia experts, neuroscientists, acupuncturists, and anatomists to apply cutting-edge science to these easy-to-do Qigong techniques.

This unique east meets west approach not only helped quiet down racing thoughts, master my emotions, and live in the present, but dramatically boosted my energy level and sense of well-being.
