REVIEWS
trun
A teleological stroll through the obvious.
Should be in school? Maybe 2nd grade. Spoiler alert: Take a walk, think and eat a Mediterranean diet. You’re welcome. Also VERY loosely quotes almost every author of “ancient wisdom” that is cited. Some areas are just incorrect. (for example, people in the blue zones all eat beans but not all eat lentils as stated here.) There are much better series that discuss ancient philosophies in Wondrium and are much more accurate as well from my point of view. This one could have used some peer review before publishing.
