No words can express the joy of seeing your patients finally reach their functional goals.

But how many patients have you known over the years whose progress was ultimately limited, not by their diagnoses, but by their mindsets, moods, and behaviors? Emotional resistance and behavioral barriers can be truly difficult to work past, limiting your clinical effectiveness in all kinds of ways:

  • Avoidance of exercises
  • Missed therapy sessions
  • Apathy
  • Nonparticipation
  • Oppositional behavior
  • Fear of pain/discomfort
  • Inactivity and isolation
  • Atrophy

If you’ve ever seen a good prognosis ruined by a bad patient, this recording is for you.

Let Benjamin White, PT, DPT, C/NDT, LSVT BIG, be your guide as you learn effective mindfulness-based strategies that have helped countless patients work through apathy, anxiety, anger, depression, and fear to achieve their full functional potential.
