Mike Salemi – Mastering the Kettlebell Online Course (Full Program)
MASTER THE KETTLEBELL
- While this program is incredible in its depth, it only involves (and takes) one kettlebell to perform and covers the foundational lifts. I truly believe that with mastery of what I teach in the program, you will be set up to take kettlebells as far as you’d like to go- advanced movements, double kettlebell lifts, kettlebell “flows”, even entering a competition.
- Above all, gain rare insight into my overall thought process. This way you can assess different training scenarios and use critical thinking skills to come up with an optimal solution. To do this it truly does take a comprehensive system – and system being a keyword.
- It took me 12 months of work to outline organize and complete this training. My life’s work – all the struggles and successes- are reflected in it. So you and your clients can be set up for success.

SEE WHAT
Some of our customers have to say!
“I have to say this is the one of the most complete programs I have ever seen and definitely worth the “Master” title and could even be a certification.”
Doug F.
Owner of Rise Above Performance Training
“My favorite parts were the breakdowns of Cindy and Randy’s programs and the “why” behind them, as well as the stretching videos for the lunge section. I’m also excited to try that sub-talar joint mobilization!”
Stefanie O.
C.H.E.K. Lvl 3 Practitioner
“Absolutely impressive. I thought it was really easy to follow and great for now only the person that doesn’t know what a kettlebell even is, but even for healthcare professionals like myself.”

Help The Most Dedicated Athletes
Achieve Dominance
If you’re ready to move beyond being just another local fitness instructor, then you’ve got to find a way to differentiate yourself from the pack.
It’s easier said than done.
In addition to finding your own unique selling proposition, life as a personal trainer has a never ending supply of business challenges. Over the past 15 years, the main problems I faced while attempting to make a name for myself while growing my business were…
- Prospecting for new clients
- Retaining existing customers
- Finding better paying clients who are more devoted
- Making sure each person gets great results
- Tending to my own fitness goals without burning out
You’ve got to deal with each of these moving parts. Yet you still have to find ways to set yourself apart as a coach.
Most people in our industry quit before reaching their ultimate goals.
I almost quit…but I’m forever grateful that I didn’t before I discovered a particular type of training that put me in the position to work with elite athletes worldwide.
Once you acquire this knowledge and put it into practice, devoted people will start seeking you out for training.
In your city.
Online.
Any destination in the world.
About Mike
First I want to share my story…my name is Mike Salemi. My good friends call me, Salami Mike!
Not because I binge on actual salami.
My last name was often confused between Salami and Salemi and back in the day, all my training partners called me Salami Mike!
Anyways …
My dream was to move beyond being an average trainer and travel the world teaching workshops for elite coaches and athletes.
I spent time fighting through roller coaster income.
I’ve stressed out worrying about client retention.
I’ve spent a while trying to figure out how to land higher paying clients.
I was in constant fear of bad reviews due to lazy clients not getting results. I cared a lot about what other people thought of me and struggled to stay on top of my own personal fitness goals as my customer base hit a ceiling.
But I eventually decided to position my service with Kettlebell training …
It was a decision that would change my life and business..
While working out with kettlebells might seem odd to many people, the progression was almost natural for me.
I was exposed to gymnastics and powerlifting at an early age. These developmental sports started my appreciation for movement and body awareness.
However, injury stifled my progress in both arenas.
But I was able to excel in powerlifting because this is where my mindset and physical abilities really shined.
I reached my peak in my early twenties. I tipped the scales at a modest 178 pounds. But I could squat 605 pounds. My deadlift was 615 pounds. And my best bench was 470 pounds.
Drug-free mind you!
In fact, one of the main reasons I left that community was because I reached the point where most of my peers began using performance enhancing drugs and encouraged me to do the same.
I’m not telling you this to brag. Barbell routines were my life and my identity was based on the fact that I worked my ass off to put up the same numbers as guys twice my size.
In college, I was called on to be a strength and conditioning coach for the school athletes.
Those powerlifting results were hard to keep consistent because as a strength coach for collegiate athletes I was either …
… on the mats …
on the courts …
… or outside
My workout areas were constantly changing, and that’s why my workout strategy had to change too.
Kettlebells were the perfect option. They were versatile. Extremely portable. And took up very little space.
I started working with Paul Chek to get to the root cause behind my injuries and compete in the highest level of Kettlebell Sport.
I knew that in order to be the best, I had to surround myself with the best.
Even the best trainers in the world have coaches – I was seeking my own.
I had followed Paul’s work since High School and knew that if I were to win another World Championship it would be in collaboration with him.
After a lot of dedication and intense workout sessions, I would go on to become the Clean and Jerk Kettlebell Champion in the 73kg weight class.
Now you might assume, that in order to crush it during competition, I would probably have to spend a lot more grueling time in the gym than my competitors.
Absolutely not the case!
Over the years, I’ve discovered some key things about the body that enable me to outperform my peers, while working out much less than they do.
I’ve cracked the code on achieving peak vitality for competition through a systematic and technical approach towards lifting.
The difference comes from taking the right holistic approach. This way an athlete can stay in tune with the personal ebb and flow of their body, and use that insight to achieve peak competition performance.
And that is what makes my training different.
It’s a difference that can help you ascend to elite personal trainer status quickly.
Because other trainers won’t be armed with this proven fitness knowledge.
Here’s why I’m sharing this opportunity …
I come from an abundance mindset. Not from a place of scarcity.
And I’ve seen too many personal trainers who seem to be stuck in their businesses.
There’s only one sure fire way out of that rut in my opinion. It starts with mastering a niche training technique.
Anyone who understands business will tell you that there are riches in niches.
And the Kettlebell niche has enabled me to earn a 6-figure income, while traveling the world doing what I love most.
Helping others stay fit!
So, without further delay I present you with my world-class training program …
A World-Class 11-Module Program Designed
Specifically For Personal Trainers
I call this program, Mastering the Kettlebell, because mastery is an ongoing process.
We are always learning, evolving and continually improving. I want you to connect with this idea, remain humble, and truly fall in love with the process.
I’ll get into m y program details in just a moment…
First, let’s explore why this type of fitness training has started to grow in favor over isolation routines.
Kettlebells are nothing new.
They’ve been around since the 1700’s as a staple in Russian farming markets.
The weights were measured in “poods”- which is about 36.11 pounds.
Kettlebells were such a common tool that they were commonly available throughout many homes.
People began throwing the weights for entertainment. Soon, festivals embraced the activity as a new kind of strongman competition.
Kettlebell training eventually made its way into Russian military training. The last emperor, Czar Nicholas II, was impressed by their ability to increase strength. So, he ordered his military to train with them.
Kettlebell training has been a mainstay in Russia ever since.
It wasn’t long before this type of training began to make way around the world. Germans began using them in the 18th Century. Americans were introduced to them by the early 1900’s.
Kettlebells fell out of favor in the U.S. shortly after the 40’s and 50’s. Possibly due to World War II. Nobody knows for certain.
But in 2011, this astonishing strength training started clawing its way back to mainstream popularity in the West.
Now thousands of athletes are secretly enjoying domination over peers in many physical sports. Just like the Russians enjoy dominance in Olympic wrestling.
Here’s why …
Isolation workouts aren’t very practical. While they can make physiques look fantastic from an aesthetic perspective, they still have serious limitations.
These routines don’t help with improving …
- Function and mobility
- Speed
- Hand grip (which tends to suffer tremendously)
- Balance
- Total body strength
That’s simply not the case when you take world-class kettlebell training like mine.
The depth of knowledge and real world experience I’ve amassed after 15+ years training as both an athlete and coach is unrivaled.
This is truly an integrative/holistic program that considers the individual first.
I make sure you can approach working out with kettlebell weights for the long haul safely.
Before you even put a kettlebell in your hand, I give you a foundation then assess your abilities for each type of kettlebell lift.
If you are ready and motivated to begin this journey with me, it’s time to get started!
